The first to hold my hand,
My mother so dear.
When I call out her name,
She’ll suddenly appear.

Your love surrounds our family,
Like a big hug from you.
A splendid miracle you are,
For all the special little things you
do.

You’re always there,
To comfort and care.
You are like peace to me in a storm,
And like a joyful spirit everywhere.

Have I told you you’re an angel,
With a heart full of love.
So thank you mother,
You’re an angel from above
